(17) Winner in 2008 of the Joburg Open in South Africa on the PGA European Tour, taking the event on the second playoff hole. Won the Alfred Dunhill Championship and South African Open in consecutive weeks this past December to clinch the Sunshine Tour Order of Merit title. Carded a final-round 65 to win the 2007 Celtic Manor Wales Open by one stroke. Fired a second-nine 29 for his then second European Tour win. A total of seven top 10 showings in Europe placed him in the top 15 on the Order of Merit. Captured the 2004 Open de Madrid. Second Masters appearance.
