(3, 4, 10, 14, 17, 18) In 2008, became the first European to be named PGA TOUR Player of the Year after repeating at the British Open and winning the PGA Championship. Collected four additional top 5s, including his second T5 finish at the Masters, matching his best previous finish (2002). Captured his first major with a playoff victory at the 2007 British Open. Started the final round six strokes off the lead. Was T7 at the 2007 Masters with Friday's low score (68). Scored an ace on No. 16 during the final round of the 2004 Masters.
