(1) In 1985, playing in his third Masters, became the third international player to win the Tournament. Won his second Masters in 1993 by four strokes over Chip Beck. Has placed in the top 10 eight times in 26 appearances. Collected three wins and six additional top 5s in his second season on the Champions Tour in 2008. Inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in Fall 2002. A winner of 58 international titles. Runner-up in the 1981 and 1984 British Opens. Member, 10 European Ryder Cup Teams, 1981 through 2002, and 11 World Cup Teams. Winning captain of the European squad for the 2004 Ryder Cup matches. Has played in 26 Masters.
