Tiger and Phil Watch

Just returned from a trek down to Amen Corner to watch Tiger and Phil go through, and if there is any doubt as to how rapt this marquis match-up is keeping patrons today, consider these two incidents:- Tiger is lining up his putt for birdie at 12 as Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter are putting on No. 11. And no one in the gallery even thinks of applauding when the Englishmen are done, as they have for every group finishing the hole before them, because Tiger has yet to pull the trigger. Everybody, and I mean everybody, in the Amen Corner community is watching Tiger.
And once Tiger and Phil moved on to 13th, I scramble up the hill to the 10th tee, where I found Jim Furyk and Chad Campbell, the second-to-last group of the day, starting the second nine in near anonymity.
It's a Tiger and Phil gallery, and it is hanging on every birdie that duo makes.
