I told you yesterday that No 12 was a tough one. And trust me, it has not gotten any easier.

How difficult is the par-three called Golden Bell? The threesome of Fred Couples, Rocco Mediate and Jack Newman each rinsed their tee shots off 12 in the waters of Rae's Creek there this morning.

And it’s not just something in the air today, for the 12th is playing harder for the first two rounds of the tournament than any other at Augusta, with 37 bogeys, 15 doubles and those three “others.”
