Photo Submissions Agreement

Your use of this feature confirms your agreement to all of the terms of use of Masters.com. By using this feature you further agree to convey all rights, including, without limitation, all copyrights, in submitted photograph(s) (the “Photograph(s)”) to Augusta National, Inc. (“ANI”), consent to the use of your name and likeness, and represent that you have obtained the consent from each individual depicted in such photograph(s) to the use of their names and likenesses on the Masters.com site as set out in the terms of use . You hereby release ANI from and waive, all claims, damages, losses and liabilities resulting from the use of the Photograph(s), including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, moral rights or violation of rights of privacy or publicity.
