(17, 18) Winner on the 2008 PGA European Tour schedule with a victory at the UBS Hong Kong Open. In 2007 finished T2 at Abu Dhabi and T12 at the British Open. Captured the Omega Hong Kong Open and the Celtic Manor Wales Open in Europe in 2005. Outstanding campaign in Europe in 2004 winning four times. Titles came at the Johnnie Walker Classic, Algarve Open de Portugal, BMW Asian Open and the BMW International Open. A total of 14 European Tour titles to his credit. Has played well in the Masters finishing T9 in 2002, T10 in 2001 and T11 in 2006. Was T3 at the 2001 British Open and runner-up at the 2000 US Open. Two-time member of the Ryder Cup Team. Ninth Masters appearance.
